---On the libraries search engine I found this awesome looking book with some analysis of many of Shakespeare's sonnets! It looks pretty good after just skimming it, so I'm excited to look at it more in depth.
---This source might seem a little odd but it looks like I found another class blog all about literature and many of them posted about Shakespeare's Sonnet 73. I thought I'd check this one out too! This source will help me branch out into what our peers outside of BYU are saying.
---This one is also a little different but I stumbled upon it and thought it was neat. This is someone performing Sonnet 73 in ASL. I think it gives us a window into a lot of the emotion and feeling that is meant to be behind this poem, rather than just the words. It's very visual!
My last roommate was mostly deaf (Princess Bride reference), and he signed all the time. It was cool to see how expressive it was! It was silent, but so loud.
ReplyDeleteI think it's really cool that you found another class's blog about it! It's nice to branch out a bit and see what other universities think...and if they're cooler than us.
